Ordering

We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order for any reason.

Payments

We accept payment by credit card or Paypal. Paypal verified since 2000 (click image at right). Online payments are made through our secure shopping cart. As a security measure, we no longer accept checks or money orders, but our long-time customers are welcome to approach us about paying by check or US postal money order.

Fuzbaby is also validated compliant with PCI DSS, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

Our Product Guarantee

We want you to have a product you can use.

Our work is guaranteed. Materials are guaranteed for 45 days from shipment if our recommended care instructions have been followed. Care instructions are on all labels. More detailed recommendations included with every order.

Snaps. Please take care opening snaps by popping a fingernail between sides. If a snap does pop out, we would be happy to replace the snap for you. If your cover is still under its materials guarantee of 45 days, we will pay for shipping by USPS First Class Mail. If your cover is past the materials guarantee of 45 days, you pay shipping and we will replace the snap free of charge. Please contact us for more information at returns@fuzbaby.com

Shipping

Shipping costs may include a small handling charge to cover packaging. Small packages will be sent USPS First Class, medium packages by USPS Priority Mail, and large packages by UPS Ground, unless you request otherwise or unless the service is not available to your address. Large packages shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may require extra shipping, to be paid by the buyer.

Returns

We will gladly exchange any item within 15 days of shipment if it is returned unused and unwashed with prior authorization. No returns on custom made items.
